Where can I buy tickets?
We offer several convenient ways to get Super Tours tickets:
- Buy online at our secure ticket page.
- Ask your hotel concierge for our tickets. If your hotel doesn’t sell them you may easily buy direct from our drivers on any Super Tours vehicle.
Purchase tickets at one of our ticket booths or from one of our partners, including:

- Just show up for your desired trolley tour and see any of our drivers to purchase tickets on the spot. Note that our Super Duck Tours require reservations and may not be available at your preferred time. Check our ticketing page to make sure you get the day and time that works for you.
Can your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Our trolleys and duck vehicles can accommodate persons in wheelchairs when we have sufficient time to plan for your arrival. We require at least 24 hours notice so that we can allocate the best vehicles based on your needs. Please call us at 617-742-1440 or see your ticket agent 24 hours in advance of your trip to ensure that we’re aware of your needs.
What are the times and frequency of your tours?
Boston Upper Deck Trolley Tours start at 8 locations throughout the city at 9:00am, 7 days per week. This insures each stop is picked up between 9:00am and 9:20am. The tour can be accessed from any of our 21 stops throughout Boston. The last re-boarding is at 6:00pm in the summer, 5:00pm in the spring and fall, and 4:00pm in the winter. Passengers on the trolley at this time can continue the tour for 1 full loop of the city. If they hop off the trolley, they cannot expect to be picked up again.
The Harvard Square Loop operates every 30 minutes with the first pick up at 9:30am at the Cambridge Side Galleria Mall (Stop C1 on the Harvard Square Loop and 13 on the Boston Loop ) and 10:00am at Harvard Square.
The frequency is about every 20 minutes till 5:30pm in the summer, 4:30pm in the spring and fall, and 3:30pm in the winter.
Super Duck Tours operates seasonally from the first day of spring till the end of November. The schedule varies depending on season and weather. Check our ticket page for details.

Consecutive days are free depending on our current offerings, and our 2 Day Trolley Ticket comes with your choice of added free bonus tours:

Where can I park?
Discounted parking is available at 2 locations:
For Upper Deck Trolley Tours park at the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall (Stop C1 on the Harvard Square Loop and 13 on the Boston Loop ) 100 Cambridge Side Place, Cambridge MA, 02142 for $4.00 per day.
For Super Duck Tours park at the Nautica Garage (Stop 4) 88 Constitution Road, Charlestown MA, 02129 for $12 for 4 hours or $14 for 12 hours.
To qualify for the discount, get your parking ticket validated by our ground crew after you purchase the tour.
Do I need to make a reservation?
The Boston Upper Deck Trolley Tour including our Boston Loop, Seaport Loop, and Harvard Square Loop is a continuous tour. Reservations are not required.
The Super Duck Tour is a scheduled daily tour with hourly departures. Operating hours vary by season and weather conditions. During peak season reservations are encouraged. Please visit our ticketing page for scheduled departure times and reservations.
